They are paid big bucks to shake the tree. It also works the other way round when DRP's come round pushing it up so the div outlay can be lowered.
Let it pull back - an opportunity to add.
ENV did exactly that last time round. Won't get fooled again.
You'll never beat the big guns but maybe make some money from the rubbish they leave lying around.
