An extra ordinary was called for 22.5.09 later changed to 26.6.09 for issued of 57,692,307 at various price to various people/company.
Freeman (link) was given 38,461,538 consideration $1,000,000.00 and average price 0.026cents.
He is now not a substantial shareholder recently after disposing of xxxxx shares.The price slide from 14cents to low as 8.2 cents and Mr resigned as director did not help.
We are still 3/4 cents down on yesterday market -(remember high 28cents.)
What are we hoping - the trials and announcements which are well overdue.
Do you think professional investors and hedge fund like springtree willing to wait for 3 years with no certainty.
