in any event are you privy to some inside information regarding the status of each project Rosatom is involved with and in particular how far down the line they are with their planning on possibility multiple reactors?. why are Tanzania going to miss the mark with theirs?- average 6 years to build - 2017 now so that brings it to 2023 finalised but in the interim components need to be manufactured, graphite obviously included.
well IMO I believe that Rosatom have already a number in the planning stages - for how long they have been there who knows - and they are sourcing the materials for commencement ASAP. That's why the finance portion of the MofU may be in place - money up front to finance a facility by MNS that has already been in the planning stages, port ready to go, if Tanzania to build the reactor well how convenient for all parties.
so late 2020's I think not!
