Hi all. Having read the announcements this morning I have come to the conclusion that regardless if we PE or not this is going to be massive.
If VR 1 hits oil in those lower zones then as is stated in the investor presentation, potential large volume, then the shorters/cappers will be toast IMO.
They have 30 days to decide if the risk is worth it. DB
