    I reckon that it is short odds that the "corporate transaction" will be the sale of RG plant, and the agreement to "toll" the gas EGO/ERM produce.
    the establishment of a resources figure is a separate issue.
    the sale of the RG plant is a must, because otherwise it would be a huge CR, or a breakup of EGO.

    a second very real possibility is the merger of EGO with ERM gas.
