there is no guarantee that a large holder/fund won't simply take the discounted offer and be gone in 6 months with a tidy profit, mostly at our expense. If this capital raise is all about getting just any institution to buy in at a discount, I certainly would not be pleased. Perhaps if it were the right "institution" it might be different.
