    As warned earlier in the week - TIM and the other tax effective MIS (those not focused on forestry) are about to become huge shorts.

    Should be announced tomorrow that the ATO will no longer be approving Product Rulings on non-forestry agricultural MIS effective 1 July 2007.

    Wonder what that will do to the cashflows of a few large publicly listed MIS companies ?
