ALL have just announced that all share holders who lost money trading ALL between 20 September 2002 and 26 May 2003 will now be part of the class action.
I think by doing this ALL was hoping the case would not proceed (due to the fact that no one would risk financing the case), but if they lose and there seems to be a strong case against them, they will be up for hundreds of millions I would assume.
