I would be nervous about shorting at current levels. If LAMP is not approved, super short. If LAMP is approved there is substantial upside. It's a gamble therefore on whether the LAMP will be approved. I beleive odds favour approval of the LAMP though I would be more comfortable if the approval was to be obtained in a country with a better corruption index ( Malaysia is 4.3 which means it is significantly corrupt; cf New Zealand 9.5 - not corrupt, Somalia 1 - very corrupt).
