I guess we are opposite again. I, fundamentally, believe that QAN are far short of a duopoly and that QAN has the "durable competitive advantage" often quoted by Buffett et al.
It was market knowledge that BA wanted to sell, and this was depressing the QAN price price. So when they went ex Divvy last week, I sold 3.75 Feb Puts, bought 3.25 Feb Puts as insurance and used the proceeds to fund 3.50 June Calls. This should give me a pleasant tax burden for the end of June... :-)
