For most Listing company, Good and reliable CEO and founders sell the stocks at the low price, to protect the stock price system and their reputation.
While those bad and silly founder CEO and founders sell the stock at the high price for their own benefits only and will make the markets disappointed.
BRN founder sold the stocks at 50s, while they can sell at 60s and 70s, BRN found only sell $1.36 MILLION, while he still hold 10% of the company shares.
