Hi Johnny , BRN have placed an extremely large valuation on their IP , they have indicated more than once that any early potential buyout would require a very large cheque . Also , you may find that IP developed in-house by law does not appear on a balance sheet , however IP purchased externally by law is required to appear on a balance sheet . Well worth researching if you can find the time , especially if you are attempting to use it in a discussion .
