Out of curiosity - if you wanted to buy some BRN - why wouldn't you just sit back and wait to see how much further it drops? Your money could conceivably end up getting you 10-20% more BRN units this way.
Even if an announcement were to drop, you could very quickly get an order in without missing out on the fun.
No advice, just hypothesis. DYOR.
