In answer to your question regarding covering of the short position, I understand that there could be an arrangement with the lender to accept cash or other shares in lieu of redeeming the shorted CDU shares.

I am endeavouring to get information to clarify if this is the case and when I know I will post.

The short position has moved up to 4,795, 867 shares as at 21/6/2012.
