I havent seen any rumour of Capital raising in the wires.

Reality is they are paying the same amount in cash just upping their scrip component. They have plenty of cash on hand and plenty of credit lines to handle the payment to LGL holders.

They are also making a fortune in extra cash this qtr with the POG of gold and being unhedged selling into the spot market. If they do an average QTR of 450000OZ and get an average of only $100 extra with the price serge,,,well thats alot of cashflow and alot flowing through to the bottom line.

I dont think a Cap raising is required near term.

Ill wait to see other info as it comes to hand, things could change but I dont think its on the agenda at the moment.
