well, some of these shorts could be from eons ago, so they may not panic so fast but PDN has been making Higher HIGHS and Higher LOWS for the last few weeks... this is a very bullish sign imo and a BREAKOUT is on the cards if it smashes through 28c with some decent volume...
I am sure some shorts will have to rethink their strategy in that scenario... some may be saying "ouch" too...
time to go long here imo... shorters can make double the money here by covering their shorts and being a buyer for the next (possible) leg up...
