The trigger to your selling is not the trigger that has caused the slump in Anvil share price.
Just a happy coincidence for you.
The world financial crisis is with us for at least twelve months but probably longer.
Copper price will recover strongly only as the problems dissipate and the world's economies recover somewhat.
In the meantime it is in the best interests of Anvil shareholders - long term - for copper price to stay low and even lower.
The greater the number of copper producers that close down the better for Anvil when a recovery eventuates.
Production MUST be reduced! I wish!
Anvil is cashed up and well managed and should cope adequately for the next year or two until demand increased, shortage of supply kicks in and price of copper recovers.
Basically long term holders of Anvil need to have a long, long sleep.
