So again, how would that negatively affect your happiness index?

Just blurting a conclusion without any indication of how you reached that conclusion is rather pointless, and therefore a waste of everybody's time including your own.

You misread what he said. He said moved from 24 to 18th most shorted and not 28th. This indicates short positions are once again increasing and he is not happy which is understandable.
