Actually just looking at the prospectus, this loan is from a Charlie Mann to the company at 7% interest and has a fixed payment term of 3 years.
So if this company gets cashburn my mid-year, does that mean that Charlie can call his loan in and take over the shell?
Surely the ASX wouldn't have allowed a related party loan "for $1.6m of consultancy services" provided by Charlie prior to listing?
