Who would load up by shorting like this without detailed knowledge of the pending Chinese announcement this week?
Just being able to short that amount shows someone has serious deep pockets. Who stands to gain the most? Ummmm, why not throw $10 million or so to save $200 million+ by pushing down the share price.
