Question: I understand shorters borrowing shares to sell, and then buying them back at a lower price to make money. I don’t understand why they are keeping the price down and moving sideways. I would think that they would want to make their money in as short a time as possible and move on, especially when ARU is expecting positive news. There is a huge amount of money at risk and I don’t understand why they are hanging on. Can anyone explain?
