Yes, there is an underlying assumption that those that lend these (for a fee) are all long, and in fact, that could be the case. So, yes, they are confident in my view. They would have access to management at call.

Probably the thing I should make clear here, is never my lack of confidence in ARU, as too much lines up in my humble opinion. Further, time delays or like never worry me, and often they genuinely mean legal practitioners are finalising. Ie they always take a lifetime. But, the genuine issue is that we have something good, and the higher powers may attempt to make our share holding value much less then it’s potential value that we deserve. This could be through through dilution, and other games at these low SP.

I also recall what I thought was a strange restriction on Gina when she bought in. That was that she would hold until financial close. So although we are all guessing she has 210M shares to loan.
