i don‘t get it. If it was my company (and, oh yes, it partially is), I would be doing everything to fight this shorting which is ruining the stand of my company.

Gavin mentioned in the last presentation the capital needs to further drive the project.

Now imagine: You collect money, you attract investors at shareprice 0,6+; maybe give a discount of 10% then we have .52

compare: today we would get fresh capital: shareprice is a mess, we are under pressure-everybody knows it, capital markets are week. What will be the offer price? At what level management would attract another anchor investor? Or share equity with someone?

or worst case: an unfriendly takeover??

so in essence: it is managements obligation to safeguard our value as investors and to check all corners who is behind these shootings. What‘s the intention?

in my view we can not just ignore this and even get framed as „some impatient, intransigent“ retail investors.

I am really worried what path this goes.

should we address the topic more clearly to the management raising our concerns?
