with the announcement from PEK agreement with the chinese to process,the reason for that was the west is to slow to act with process facility that was a quicker way to market
hello ARU whats their holdup with off takes,the shorters taste bloods on the street,other wise why the constant shorting,maybe that gap but there would be other reasons
up to management to get a handle on it or fess up to their problems
