Be wary of assuming that all "Non Zero" orders are not retail. I sometimes use nonzeros myself as a means of keeping track of my order in the queu. Sometimes retail orders are also placed by price rather than shares, ie, buy $500 of XYZ which corresponds to about 768 shares.
