An ideal scenario (for a short-term trader) would be for global markets to tank all the way into mid-August (it looks probable), Shorters to drag ARI down and then for things to turn around just before a positive ARI Final-Year Results are released.
With a Short Covering rally, you could easily make +30% going Long then.
