A big problem with valuing the company is the amount of trust needed in anticipating positive case scenarios. I have the same issue with akp. Which I own BTW. Same issue with trust though. I don't trust uns, I generally trust akp, only because chairman and his family but shares and I have done enough research to take the gamble.
For uns I reckon value is some percent eg 80% of research and development less debt. I think that value could be generous as I have no confidence uns has produced anything special compared to its competition
