Short Seller ABout, page-44

IF Miller III still accumulating then would expect that will make an announcement about change in substantial holding when next milestone of 15.25% reached (Think was at 14.25%). He has been very good at submitting declarations promptly.

If he purchased some or all of the 4.9 million traded on 20/3 then would suspect he has reached the 1% threshold.

If it is Miller accumulating still then expect that it is his algo that is all over the share price at moment, probably short-selling as well.

Interesting to note that the pre-market sell over last few days has come in just before opening at 9.3 cents, only for it to be removed on opening.

Perhaps he has also worked out that at 11 cents he is on to a winner, as this would have bring his average to about 11-12 cents. Previoously worked out that end of Nov.14 his average was about 12.3 cents before realising that his declarations showed purchases in USD - so his average then was about 16 cents.

His funds are family trusts so he is interested only in them making a return, the more substantial the better, so he probably thinks that he has got a return 50 cents for outlay of only 12 cents. So why not keep buying at these levels whilst he can.

At least we know he is not like commercials funds that will dump out shares for whatever reason and regardless of price received.

If Eshmun is correct expect to see him make a play for seat on board in the not to distant future.
