You cannot rely on the top 20 reported - even if in the annual report. For instance I disclosed to ARU my holdings across several entities for transparency. They were not interested in updating, and I am still reported inaccurately on the register.
So, it follows, their reporting to support transparent markets, is just like their approach to monitoring disorderly markets with our shorters - very relaxed, and if they don’t receive any personal benefit, you will see it is not their priority.
FYI: I don’t agree with their attitude.
