    There are no margin calls involved. If they have borrowed shares to short sell, then it is a loan repayment via returning of shares.
    Even though they are to be delisted, as long as the company pays the registrar, transfers can be registered in and out.
    I'm afraid it is curtains now for AVZ and this is now 95% towards closure, for long suffering holders.
