You must have missed Xerof,s post apparently he is a respected stock holder - shorts are the least of your worries now its a delisted company and for someone who demands facts from non holders you are quoting funding being sorted as a fact yet they haven't even agreed to terms or signed a funding agreement as yet let alone see any $$$ in the bank.
