Maybe, but XMM (Metals and Mining Index) is up 1.2% today as we speak, and has made a nice double bottom and might be heading for blue sky.
While XSO (Small Caps) has made a new intraday all time high. And XGD (gold companies) is up too and looking like it wants fame and fortune again.
Sure parts of the world are a bit of a mess, but there still seems to be a lot of money looking for a real home.
IMO DYOR, don't ask me if I'm wrong.
