Flow rates were discussed neigh on a year ago - they base their assumptions on the opinions of many experts who understand the geology of the thermal aquifers, and the flow rates of other holes into those aquifers.
Obviously not as good as having their own holes but even with VUL sitting on $2 billion cap, this is still early days. Something which many may not have taken into account.
