Even if they are broke, they will be around for a few years keeping a bunch of lawyers and accountants employed.
If Allco goes into administration or receivership, it is likely that the administrator/receiver will attempt to sell the responsible entity/management company of RAT to some other property management company. Or they could try to wind it up by selling all the property and paying back the loans. One could assume that under that situation, RAT unitholders will get nothing at all.
