Agree with you Maker11, Linc has much upside potential from its many bows - its world class assets are hard to ignore.
The weakness for Linc is its the ability to monetarise these assets and develop cash flow to cover the cash burn occurring right now. It can be argued Linc has spread themselves too thin across the varying projects.
However it only takes one or a couple of milestone announcements to turn Linc around and quickly.
Umiat itself was announced independently valued at 2.85 billion USD NPV - even if that is overestimated by 100% its still more than double the current Linc market cap. That's not mentioning the other other assets.
