Short sellers ? partially only. But the major forces of selling are heap of investors who are not able (or not want to) to trade in SGX. These investors are forced to sell by PB's decision.

PB is shooting himself in the foot when exiting ASX abruptly. Better approach is 2-step implementation : (i) dual listing in both ASX and SGX, then (ii) after a while when investors are settling down and happy with SGX, gradually exit ASX.
