Yes I've read Todays' Announcement by THR,and it Seems THR are in the Clear. The International 'Naked Short Sellers' (Please check this out on Yahoo's Search Bar) may have worked THR Up with some False Buying Orders, Sold at the Peak Prices and covered their positions (including the use of False Selling Orders )when THR Fell. They could have taken a chance that the deal would Fall through because it was only a M.O.U., that THR had with Hunan and the fact the M.O.U. was Exclusive, presented an opportunity for Short Sellers to be interested and they would have had their Fingers on the Pulse, probably of Hunan. THR by trying to extend the M.O.U. Dates did the Right Thing by some Shareholders. I got Burnt, because the Trading Halt was enacted while I was thinking about Getting out. (It Would have been good to Sell at 45 Cents and then Bought back more at 35 Cents ). After all the mudraking of THR, perhaps the Directors of THR will have some Overtime Worked to restore this Company's Position.
