I heard that the JV partner is in the final throws of signing, however if they don't come to the party the company will go it alone with the debt facility to kick things off... Once approvals come through ( and with finance) it will be easier to get a partner - and possibly at better terms in the second half of the year. The first 300m will get us through most of 2013..

Just remember- engineers, contractors have been locked in and are actually working, also the local council is also spending money!!!

Under a scenario where we go it alone the short sellers may not close out their position as they may believe that there would be a cap raising in which they can participate to close out their position.

Testing times ahead, however we will definitely have clarity by the end of Feb this quarter.

Also, HP have exercised all of their options!!!! Why? A notice of lapse would have been made by now... Must mean all the money is being collected- another 8M by HP!!!!
