Gold Road hasn't sold any shares at $0.86. To do that they would have had to issue new shares and they haven't done that and don't need to do so, as they have more than enough cash.
The 10% parcel at $0.86 was purchased from Resource Capital Fund. Resource Capital Fund have the cash from sale and now nothing stopping them from replacing their 10% by buying on market at current low prices and doing it all again down the track. Shorter's would have to be at least a little concerned about that.
