If any of you are wondering if this is a short term trend. It is not it has been going on for months by the same people, it is price suppression, to what end I can only speculate. The theory that It could be part of the U.S. attack on gold to support their dollar as the reserve currency. It could be some big holders washing shares back and forth to launder. It could be a big holder selling their customers BDR at a price fixed by that customer and the holder.
If any of you are wondering if the U.S. government is involved in market manipulation I say of course, they are currently manipulating interest rates, bond markets, stock markets and other things and they make no secret of this, the Aust government is also manipulating interest rates.
I don't see it being such a big stretch that a government using sovereign entities would manipulate the POG.
