My opinion is some one on the sell and buy side controlling the price and waiting for holders to sell out so they can pick up their shares cheap. Shares being washed back and forth at very little cost to the controlling entities. I will be making another complaint to ASIC I know the outcome but still you have to make the complaint.
After close looks very carefully orchestrated to end at 65c.
