    Lawyers would always try to claim the maximum appreciated value should the matter proceed all the way (unlikely) and then it would be up to the presiding judge to make that decision if the claimant were successful.
    Not to lose track of the original point of my post which was that I believe this legal matter is not solely the reason for the shorts and drop in share price of late. There are other factors at play as mentioned.
    The interview with Chris Reed is interesting.
    Would be interested to know what your take is on CR's responses Loop.
    I sense a bit of frustration from him....it's a mammoth task ahead and the next 6-12 mths will be very interes
    The science of achieving target extraction percentages, success of the demo plant, locking in supply chain, construction of plants to getting buy in from the top end of town, funding and cost control.
    I read an opinion piece about the US Govt moving to stem fears and any flow on effect from the Silicon Valley Bank collapse.
    Very interesting times.
