    That's my point . The NMT legal team is rumoured not have dealt with it. Perhaps you can get a confirmation so my theory can be put to bed. I would like nothing more than the share price to rise
    Do you really think a trial and its downside risks would be good for a share price already under pressure from short sellers who relish uncertainty?
