I read comments and wonder if I speak a different language.
Today I read in one of the rags "Myer soars 25% in two weeks"
I then look at SGH data. Slater & Gordon has soared 37% in two weeks.
In both instances, MYR and SGH, it is irrelevant, what matter is two years and more down the track - a forward projection.
Tracer, posted a really good reminder about framing a week or so ago.
With Tracer's framing in mind, another poster could argue Slater & Gordon has plummeted 31% in nine days.
So what is it? SGH soared 37% or SGH plummeted 31%. The difference is how one wishes to frame the question and the timeframe used. In this case ten trading days or nine trading days! Both timeframes are ridiculous only suited to gamblers.
