Maybe still exist several aspects that concern long term investors.
a) still company must pay 800M this is not cheap money,Must show HUGE annual profit to be capable to..
b) the company face 2 class actions with ? in the end
c) the company face regulatory challenges in UK
Yes several main ones was removed,but looks like didn't provide full safety to investors. Maybe after next quarter announcement and see in the books the numbers, maybe than people will believe yes the turn is possible
