You want to say that class action against one of the biggest "Law Firm" in Australia will go against them?
This is so naive thought mate. They have the best brains to either prove themselves innocent or (and am sorry to say) to milk the system / prolong the matter so long that everyone eventually forgets. Does anyone even care about the class action against banks charging exorbitant late payment fees? How long has that been going for? Where is the matter at? Nobody cares. These CAs are free publicity. Its like throwing a stone to an elephant. My investment theory wont change on the basis of CA. Case shut.
