    I keep an eye on the daily gross short sales as reported here http://www.asx.com.au/data/shortsell.txt and also here http://www.afr.com/share_tables/

    Here are the numbers for last week:

    Tuesday: 0
    Wednesday: 1,172
    Thursday: 0
    Friday: 1,502,320

    On Friday 1,502,320 were sold short.

    The data for today will be released tomorrow. Pretty sure we will see further shorting.

    Don't be fooled, somebody is trying to shake you out.
