I read on a different thread that if you don't want your shares to be used by shorters (this implies brokers are using client shares without their knowledge), that you should put in a sell order that is way above the current price and raise the price if the SP gets close.
I don't know if the above is true or complete rubbish. If the latter, please forgive me.
