Thats nice for you Ariel! But for most of us ordinary investors, the same shorting option is neither practical nor possible. So how does that make this practice fair or of any benefit to the companies effected & their market cap, or the ordinary investor who is interested in making profits through company growth rather than simply sophisticated gambling? Like Eric says in his interview, surely this could easily spell the end of stock market trading, its support base and its original intent if regulators continue ignoring the problem.
