GOR's SP would be higher if manipulation did not occur IMO
For those of you wishing to sign or just view the petition, and have found that that HC has blocked the link ( and that is HC's right to do so 100% . I accept that they won't want to be seen as facilitating the petition ) Copy the following but do not paste it into a search engine......paste it directly into the URL line at the top of your browser ( use chrome browser ) and it then should be the one at the top of the list. Yes I know the top of browsers are search engines but whatever.
